Toronto Home Renovation: Full Window Replacement

This Toronto bungalow is getting a full renovation, top to bottom! This week we removed and replaced all the windows: We came in the morning to take out the old aluminum windows and the old original wood frames, chiseled away the old caulking and installed these 12 beautiful new vinyl windows brick to brick. These double pane windows are equipped with argon gas between the panes and a LOE2 coating on the glass; these features prevent harmful UV rays from getting through, and these windows insulate against our extreme temperatures – both hot and cold. Thanks to Dominion Doors and Windows for providing the great product for us to install! Next on the list is the front and side door. We will be coming back once the drywall is up inside to install the doors – this prevents other people or trades from damaging the doors while the rest of the house renovation is under way! (As you can see there is still lots of work to be done on this full home renovation!)

We had a fantastic experience with Heracon! Daniel and his team are wonderful to work with. He chose excellent tradesmen to complete the work from demolition to electrical, plastering, painting, plumbing, tiling etc. They were knowledgeable and offered great suggestions that we didnt think of to make sure the esthetic looked perfect. Specifically the tiles for the shower... it was appreciated that they took extra care to ensure they were symmetrical. The job was done in good time. They were able to do a few other projects that we needed done! They can do it all and the quality is excellent!! Take a look for yourself in the before and after photos attached! Our experience with Heracon Renovations Inc. was awesome! We needed fascia, soffits and eaves done at our new home. The workmanship was superb and all was completed in a timely manner with attention to details. The finished product looks great and the crew was very friendly and left our property spotless when the job was done. We recommend Heracon Renovations and we will be looking to book them for our next project very soon!

I'm truly delighted to have the opportunity to post this review for Heracon Renovations. I own a 1953 bungalow in Toronto. My home has access through the front and side doors but not to the backyard. Recently I hired Heracon to convert a back of the house bedroom window into a door, giving me direct access to the backyard. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the quality of the work, and the price. The Heracon Renovtion team were professional and detailed in their work. I'm especially pleased with the measures they took to protect the interior and exterior surrounding areas and the extra care in cleaning up.
