A full tear out interior demolition project the Heracon Homes team did for a bungalow in North York. From start to finish check out this awesome demo!

Results

This 1950s North York bungalow is changing completely with a full renovation! Plans have been drawn up and the layout and finishes are all being updated. To prepare for the new changes, first it’s out with the old with an interior demo. Drywall, flooring, ceilings and attic insulation were all removed. Here are some demo progress photos. Heads up, before it gets tidy it gets a little messy – we took photos to share and educate about the progress with a demolition. But rest assured, we tidy things up quickly to get project ready for the next phase! Photos are shown in order of most recent to oldest. Can’t wait to share more photos of the progress soon!
