We took a 1.5 car garage, utilizing the existing structure as a base, which helped save the clients a great deal on cost. We framed a second floor and new roof, turning what was once a simple car park into an income-generating laneway suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – a bathroom on each floor. What a great use of an existing footprint!
